Here at Condiment Corner we have a special way to celebrate this Holiday.
Grab some chocolate chips - we prefer dark bittersweet - and melt them in the microwave. (See the directions on the package.) Put parchment paper on a plate or a baking sheet. Using a soup spoon, make a round disc of melted chocolate about an inch to inch and a half wide on the parchment to create the wafers.
Put the chocolate wafers in the refrigerator until they set, about 15 minutes. Remove wafers from the parchment paper and put on a serving plate. Put a dollop of Cranberry Jalapeño Chutney on each wafer and serve.
